2. What we collect

When you use our contact form we process the name, email address and message you provide. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, take steps prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and for our legitimate interest in handling business communications and protecting the form from spam (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Spam protection — Google reCAPTCHA

With your consent, the contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3, which loads scripts and cookies from Google and analyses interaction data (including IP address and device/browser information) to distinguish humans from bots. The provider is Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC. Use is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms. This may involve transfer of data to the United States under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Processors

We rely on the following processors: Resend (transactional email delivery), Vercel (website hosting and request logs), and Google (reCAPTCHA, as above). Each processes data only on our instructions.

6. Cookies and local storage

We store a single value in your browser's local storage to remember your cookie choice. No cookies are set unless you accept reCAPTCHA, after which Google may set its own cookies.

7. Retention

We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, then delete them.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise these, email hello@powerup.company. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.cz).
